The Flat Broque Ranch got its name through a fun element of inheritance. The sign was discovered at the property of Joe Apolinar, Andy's father, when he passed away. The sign has been with Andy and Ronda for years. When they purchased the Heidi Lane property and the horse boarding facility, it was then that the sign was hung above the door at the office. It is now The Flat Broque Ranch L.L.C.
